Trauma is an area of special interest for me. To enhance and expand on my existing trauma training I am currently studying for a Diploma in Trauma Therapy with Naos institute and will complete early 2027.

Reiki Master/Teacher, Reiki Drum practitioner, Forest Therapy Practitioner, NLP Practitioner & Hypnotherapy trainings. I have completed various other trainings for coaching, facilitation of workshops, groups and for trance dance and sweat lodges. 

I am currently undertaking a facilitator training for conscious connected breathwork to incorporate into my practice and will be completed and offering this from Autumn 2026.

My original degree was a BA (hons) in Literature & Drama
