Booking a one-to-one session

To book a Counselling session, a one-to-one Reiki session or a Forest Therapy session please complete your details below with the best time to contact you. We can then arrange a time to call, talk through your requirements and book in a time.

Please note that terms and conditions of bookings will be given once session is booked.

Cost of session are as follows:
Counselling Sessions: £75 per session (50 minutes) Online or in person or walk and talk session.
Reiki One-to-One Sessions: £55 per session
Forest Therapy sessions: £35-£75 (90 minutes - 2 hours)
